Return
Q: What if something arrives damaged or spoiled?
If you’re not happy with your order, simply contact our customer service within 24
hours. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement, depending on the issue.
Q: Can I return unwanted items?
Due to the nature of perishable goods, we can’t accept standard returns. However,
we always stand behind product quality—if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
